Expect mindful guided movement through sun salutations, standing and floor poses, finishing with a guided relaxation into our savasana — with a theme each week, from hips to heart openers to spinal stretches.

I’m looking to involve those who come to my classes as much as possible, so do let me know what you’d like to see in class.

New to yoga or returning after a break? You’re very welcome — all levels are catered for, with options to suit how you feel on the day.

A friendly, easy-to-find village hall with parking nearby. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in, and bring a mat and blocks if you have them — there are a few spares if not.
